Keith "Touch" Saunders is multi-instrumentalist, producer, composer and performer. He produced the debut record, "Bouquet" for Bridgeport-based band CARAVAN OF THIEVES, and several Exotic Recordings' (The Shot Productions) artists, including JAR-E, SAINT BERNADETTE, POVERTY HASH and DOGS OF WINTER. His music and original compositions have been used on MTV, VH-1 the Fuel Network, and several independent films. He scored and provided sound design for the independent short film "Dear Beautiful", an official
selection at the Sundance Film Festival, and provided sound mixing for "Glory at Sea", winner of the Wholphin Award at the SXSW Film Festival. He produced music for the Godfather Trilogy comedy music videos featured at the Edinburgh Film Festival, SXSW, the Swansea Bay Festival and the Ivy League Film Festival. His musical approach to hip hop production and performance has resulted in work or performances with Cassidy, Run DMC, Talib Kweli, and John Legend, and production, engineering, or mixing credits on dozens of hip hop/rap albums from the NYC metro area.
Touch has worked in some of the best recording studios in the world, including Gold Coast Recorders (Bridgeport, CT), Carriage House (Stamford, CT), Tarquin Studios (Bridgeport, CT), Soundtrack Studios (New York, NY), Bushwick Studio (Brooklyn, NY), The Clubhouse (Westport, CT) and Echo Mountain (Asheville, NC). In addition to working in these amazing recording environments, he has worked alongside some of rock's most renowned producers and engineers, such as Peter Katis, Thom Monahan, Danny Kadar, Joshua Kessler, Chris Frantz and Tina Weymouth.
